READY2ROLL ASSEMBLY

To build your Ready2Roll bicycle you will need a few things. We’ve done all the hard work so to make it as easy as possible to get out and riding. Just follow these simple steps:

Tools Needed
1. 4, 5mm Hex Allen Keys* (comes with bicycle)
2. 15mm Pedal Wrench or 6mm Allen * (comes with bicycle)
3. Box Cutter or Strong Scissors
4. Shock Pump* (comes with some bicycles)

Most assembly takes as little as 2 minutes but expect a bit more if you are unfamiliar with tools or bicycles.
1. Start by taking everything out of the box including the pedal and toolkit. Make sure you place those where you can reach them. Take all the packaging off the bike.
2. Rotate the handlebars forward and install the front wheel. This may be easiest by turning the bike upside down. Remove the quick release or thru axle from the fork and install the wheel between the fork blades. Make sure you slide the disc of the disc brakes in between the pad of the brake calipers.
3. Insert the quick release and flip the quick release lever down so that it makes an impression in your hand from the force. For thru axles, insert axle and thread on until tight.
4. Thread in drive side pedal and tighten using the enclosed tool.
5. Check seat height for proper extension. A good rule of thumb is set the seat to be at the same height as the top of your hip.
